By purchasing and enrolling in the Self-Embodied Abundance & Manifestation Mastermind (the “Program”), you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions set forth by Ashli Kunzler and Modern Harmony Healing (“Company”).

1. Program Overview
This is a 12-week mastermind experience that includes access to:

Weekly live group calls

A digital workbook and daily manifestation journal

Weekly teachings delivered via email

Access to the mastermind community and an optional accountability partner

Depending on the tier selected: private 1:1 coaching sessions and/or Voxer support

Start Date: June 12, 2024

2. Payment Terms
Clients may choose between paying in full or split payments (3-month payment plan).

Tier 1: $555 total or 3 payments of $185/month

Tier 2: $888 total or 3 payments of $296/month

Tier 3: $1,111 total or 3 payments of $370/month

Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstance.

If the Client opts for a payment plan, the first installment is due at enrollment and subsequent payments are auto-drafted monthly on the same date. The Client is responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate and up-to-date for all payment cycles.

Failure to complete payments on time may result in suspension or removal from the Program without refund.

3. Refund Policy
Due to the digital and energetic nature of this work and the limited capacity of this mastermind, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access to the program materials and/or sessions has been granted.

4. Intellectual Property
All program content including, but not limited to, recordings, written materials, workbook content, journal templates, and meditations, are the intellectual property of Modern Harmony Healing and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written consent.

5. Confidentiality & Group Ethics
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of what is shared by other group members inside the mastermind. This is a sacred space for honest reflection, and all members are expected to engage with respect, integrity, and care.

Any breach of ethical behavior, including but not limited to bullying, harassment, or inappropriate conduct, may result in immediate removal from the program without refund.

6. Disclaimer
Ashli Kunzler is a certified coach and intuitive healer, but she is not a licensed medical or mental health provider. The Program does not constitute therapy, counseling, or medical treatment of any kind.

Client is solely responsible for their own emotional, mental, and physical well-being throughout the Program and after.

7. Results Not Guaranteed
While the Program is designed to support transformation and expansion, individual results will vary. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of Utah. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Salt Lake County, Utah.

9. Acceptance
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
